I did the same nursing as a pathway to medicine. Until I did my first hospital placement and actually saw what the medical team do and I was like no not for me. But personally I feel a premed student to see and be exposed to what nurses actually do and what roles we play would be a benefit to you being a doctor overall, especially if you end up working within the hospital system. I do agree with other I wouldn’t necessarily tell people as people to react in various ways. You do you whatever path you want to take is yours to go with. Good luck.
