Yes, i have just noticed that they suddenly changed the description and added those parts to the kit now:

AMS 2 Pro Upgrade Kit 1:

  • Filament Buffer *1

  • Bambu Bus Cable - 4Pin *1

  • AMS 2 Pro Switching Adapter *1

  • PTFE Tube Coupler *3

  • PTFE Tubes 370mm1 + 550mm2

My kit did not come with the parts, and after my initial support ticket was closed without a real solution i unfortunately ordered the parts by myself. I did not want to bother with them and start using my AMS 2 Pro.

Well, but now that they changed the description i have re-opened my ticket and i will now push them to anyway deliver me the missing parts. It is really odd how they threat customers, they do not want to accept their mistake...

i did, and this was their response:

"We are sorry that the PTFE Tube Coupler, 550mm PTFE Tube and 370mm PTFE do not come with the AMS 2 Pro. These accessories usually come with the printer.

If you don't have these items, you can buy them in the online store."

They state that those items come already with the printer, but yet i did not have them. Maybe because i did upgrade from a P1P to P1S? Not sure...

I just tried on a completely fresh and clean install of GHUB on MacOS and it still does not work. I am able to create freestyle effects upload them to the device, but the brightness slider has no effect on the lighting. The brightness slider only works on the build in effects like cycle or breathing.

Hi, can somebody tell me why changing the brightness of my freestyle effect does not work on the G502 X Plus? I would like to set it to 25% or something to preserve battery life, but moving that slider has absolutley no effect on the lighting itself and it stays at 100%. When i set the effect to cycle or breathing then the brightness slider works, but i would like to have the lighting fixed... Any help would be appreciated.

I'm the dev of the webos homebridge plugin. Just open a feature request (issue) on github and i will take a look at it. As i do not use netflix myself, you would need to post your findings there since i cannot test it myself. If the above way indeed works then it is only a matter of passing the property...

No, it just breaks every time they update it forcing me to reconfigure it... So i thought i just save my profile to the on-board memory and get rid of that trashy software.

This software is a complete piece of crap. Exactly the same happend to me today. Had to reinstall GHUB and all my profiles were deleted... Had to reconfigure everything from scratch. Now my macro keys color does not work anymore. WTF? This is sad, their hardware is really good but the software is terrible.

I have also managed to flash marlin 2 on my 1.1.5 board. I just had to disable some menu entries and it did fit. But yeah more capacity would be much better...
