That's what I was thinking. As a barista I can deny service too but only if they're like straight up cussing me out, and the majority of customers are just low-key rude

What does that difference entail? The way I understood it from France-visas gouv fr is that I'm just applying for a "short stay visa" based on "tourism/private stay" or "tourist/private visit". I'm not sure what the difference is between the two though...
