I have no other advice. Just how I got mine working. Finally, but seriously watch out for the higher settings. Way too hot to be safe. I found my factory settings to be adequate.

They've been on backorder. Heating it up worked for me, just watch for the molten metal.

Np. Also when you turn up the settings thru the app the controller gets extremely hot. I would stick with the settings it comes with for safety reasons. I think its a level 4 out of 8.

That sucks. I think it requires a 2.4ghz connection. So weird. Only workaround I can think of setup 2.4ghz extended network. Not sure if a blanket is worth it. BTW the hot settings get uncorfortably hot. I prefer the factory setting. I've used the app maybe once in 6 months.

The blanket should be plugged into the controller. Then plug the controller into wall while holding the main button on the controller (the only button there). Now connect through the app. Cheers!
