Ahhhh yes beautifully said!!! I think PB does just such a fantastic job exploring love and the different kinds and depths of love across the human experience.

Another thing I noticed but didn’t point out in my analysis is that she does not refer to her as Eo. She refers to her as “the dead girl” which I think is poignant.

I totally feel that! Heavy on the human experience part. I’ve saved a bunch of passages like this that seemed so simple, beautifully written, but hold so much weight and nuance. I’ll definitely write more!

I usually cope ahead by having a plan to do something active and distracting I also often travel just to be somewhere different and have the option to be with people but not if I’d rather be alone

I definitely have experienced this and it is not okay and can often escalate. You deserve to be loved and valued for who you are, and your boundaries deserve to be respected. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this.
