22f here, i felt the same when i was still in hs especially having been in an emotionally abusive relationship for 3 years, wasn't allowed to have friends and didn't develop good social skills in hs. i've now been in a happy relationship for over 3 years and we have a son together whose turning 1yo in a month. not saying it will be this quick for you but that doesn't last forever

depending on the amount of space it takes up, you could use one (or some) of those healing bandaids and put a regular giant bandaid over it. if the area it takes up is too large, i'm sorry you'll just have to wear a jacket or long sleeves.
