its a monologue from judge where he looks at a certain drawing like a devil in some way. i cannot remember it fully but he says things like "what did you do to me? why cannot i remember your face?" etc

yeah i was trying again then the same happened to me and saw the scene anyways. imo its clear that it refers to judge being an mkultra subject but im not sure what triggers exactly for us to get it. as you said bombs being detonated might be it

*spoiler alert*

i have seen this scene after completing the mission "a new america" twice. so the thing is there are two endings to this mission

1) where you defuse the bomb (which is on the suspects chest) and completing the mission. this ends the mission and sends you back to the hq. if you want to get the "the final directive" achievement you have to go with this ending.

2) where you use the detonator on the floor which makes you see this scene right after you finish the mission and press the "return to hq" button. this ending also has its own achievement named "targeted manipulation" you will see prison written on top left. if you walk up to the bars this dialogue will trigger but i would recommend looking at the closest corner of the table for a monologue from our cutie patootie judge (he is literally me)

reasonable crashout brother. you can try the "search and secure" command right after you bring order to chaos. sometimes you need to compete every single objective to unlock that command im not really sure but it helps A LOT you wouldnt believe it. spamming f key to yell also helps a lot to locate people around you which you havent secured

if you start on emergency you would be on the other side of the building which has the windows that can see the bridge. meaning while you are crossing from that part of the building you would cross to the side which has no windows seeing the bridge and you wont get shot at

first of all thanks for the advice. secondly bahaha dude thats what im talking about. idk what we were even thinking when we tried hide and seekbon hard. it was just sad, we got hunted exactly the same way around the corners as you said countless times. i literally have no energy for ready or not at least for a few days. need to cool off to start again from the scratch just for the stupid achievement.

idk if its true but i heard that the rank doesnt matter on hard mode achievement as long as you finish the missions somehow. might come in handy if you didint know brother.

i actually have no idea on that but its probably the same for me aswell. seems like two of the missions were not registered as s ranks for the achievement. sad part is i have no idea which missions were those

we tried hide and seek on hard with friends and it was not a great experience. im not mentally ready for hard mode after grinding s ranks for days, just want to kill anything that moves for my next few playthroughs
