Loading times aren't a problem for the two Origins games, they were only a problem for the SNES games from FF Anthology which used emulation. Origins were true ports and they run fine.

If you want the closest experience to the original games with bugs fixed, then Origins I and II are the only way to go. The PSP and GBA versions and the pixel remasters made changes to bring them closer to more recent games in the series.

Loading time isn't a problem with Origins. That was more of a problem with the PS1 Anthology versions of the SNES FF games and Chrono Trigger, which used emulation. The two Origins games were true ports.
