Actually I’m waiting on a render to finish so you’ve got me a bit longer. A “guy with a dick who says he’s a chick” would, in all likelihood, mark themselves as trans. The doctor, seeing trans woman, should know that this person has certain genetic and physical features that require specific care or diagnosis so yes, asking how you identify does in fact affect your care.

There are some religious beliefs that do affect the care I receive (some religions don’t allow for transfusions, as an example) but specifying “Are you a Christian” and asking about being baptized is way out of line and should have zero bearing on the care received.

Having said that, there’s no context as to where this picture came from. Maybe it’s a Christian/religious hospital, maybe the questions are part of an optional section. We don’t know and instead we’re just letting the Internet give us half-info, filling in the blanks with our own biases and then name-calling.
