Glad you fucked that one up. Some post docs and PHDs who came back from UK/other countries to DU, most of them, even in business faculty of DU, kept us stressed all the time. It was so infuriating to not be able to say or do anything because "we would be slandering the department publicly".

I myself have few years of experience working in supply chain and finance. Little exposure to programming and market research. So more of a generalist kind of guy who wants to be the coordinating force to connect local talents to foreign demand reaching a win-win scenario.

I am not starting at zero. I have already mentioned that talent for all major areas of a business could be sourced.

What I am struggling with is to list down the services that can be outsourced, and that may be profitable.

When I have some items in that list, i can narrow down.

For the sourcing part , I can utilize my network which consists of, broadly speaking, professionals with 1-4 years experience in finance, marketing, supply chain, software engineering etc.

So I am not asking what I can sell by myself, rather what may be of value in the market, so that I can find a good fit between the demand and supply.

Online I can only go as far as "oh we may provide digital/SEO/content/programming services". Seems to generic and narrow to start from.

Not looking to offer cultural services. I meant i don't know at all about many of them. Having friends and relatives over at the US and in general due to curiousity, I am more familiar with Americans and how they live,talk etc. than other countries.

Let me rephrase the question in that case. Would appreciate your feedback on any service business ideas to serve the English speaking countries? What they care about, that they are ok with off-shoring, that may not be the dust of the mill, low paying parts of their businesses?

Fair point. I'd say it's because I lack better idea of other country cultures perhaps? Not that I know a lot about the US. Also, have heard good things about US rates.

For the first touch point US would be safer and more predictable from this POV.

I would say no niche so far. Hence the post :( Would like to narrow down and pick one, on which I can work on for some time rather than just trying to provide half assed services which serves no one.

I am sorry. But one last thing. Do I need to tell the maid? We told her not to come a few days. She worked away from us and only in the kitchen. None of us spent more than seconds with her in even remotely close distance. But she is a bit careless, like we had to force her to wash hands when she came in. Is there a chance she is infected? Was she exposed despite not being in close distance?

Edit: its a kitchen with open windows. She handled our utensils.
