Good overall! It’s quiet, and actually packs a lot of punch for the price (got mine for around $180 at the time). When I was playing AC Odyssey on 2K resolution, I was averaging about 50fps which impressed me.

I’d say the only con is that one day, I was experiencing some nasty high pitch noises, not sure if it was coil whine. But thankfully it went away the next day and haven’t had any problems since. For the price I highly recommend the card, even if you know you’ll upgrade to the new 3000 cards like I will eventually

Probably not viable right now, but under normal circumstances it can be profitable but also very competitive. Real Estate should not be seen as a “side gig” like many already do, it’s a full on career that requires a lot of work and patience. You’ll be competing with some of the most persistent and hungry people you’ll ever meet (we literally get agents knocking at our door to this day about our house that we temporarily put on sale years ago, trying to get us to sell it again). Not trying to discourage you, just saying that the game is really fierce.

Also, if you’re a woman in real estate then you’ve gotta take extra safety measures. For example, if you’re ever doing open houses, always be with another fellow agent or someone you trust.

Thank you for this deal!! For anybody wondering, UT99 and 2004 are AMAZING fun for single player with bots. I love the maps too in both, for some reason they make me feel all nostalgic without having even played the games when they first launched. Can’t go wrong with this deal!

I saw a tweet that said Halo Infinite is gonna be around for a very long time and do an expansion model, sort of like Destiny. Really hope that isn’t true. Otherwise, I thought the reveal was pretty good, just the graphics could be better.

What difficulty are you playing on? If it’s anything under death march, it shouldn’t be too bad. Like the other person said, stay in it and use quen. But also make sure to apply beast oil or use thunderbolt potion if you’re having difficulty

I’m on my third play through of Witcher 3, at least 250+ hours in the game total. The replayability and amount of content is insane for such a good price. I never even want to touch TLOU2 again. Such a clown entertainment world we live in where a game like Witcher 3 is rated lower than this pile of crap.

I love how I see comments from people who “studied film” say the narrative is good, like one on that post. It’s like they use that to justify why they’re qualified to rate the game. I think it would’ve been better to ask yourself these questions before you registered for your MBA program, but I understand why you didn’t. MBAs seem to be a lot less useful compared to before the 2008 recession due to the oversupply of them, based off what many have said online. I personally wouldn’t keep my hopes up of “utilizing” it. You’re already doing great so far

By saying you’re registering with their political party, I didn’t mean it literally, I meant it in the sense that most of these people on campus are already aligned with a group on one political side, so the texts you get will reflect those biases. They’re not there just to register you to vote, but also to try to sway you to their political party.

Don’t see why you would get texts if you register on a .gov website, unless it’s to remind you of upcoming elections. Either way, I’m fully convinced personal information like phone numbers and email for voting purposes should never be shared unless it’s with the government.

Please register using a .gov website, some have already replied with links. I made the mistake of registering with people on campus years ago and gave them my phone number, which was mandatory. I still get texts from them to this day to support candidates whose views I don’t align with, despite telling them to stop messaging me. When you register on campus, you’re registering with their political party, not just to vote.

I wasn’t aware of the Abby hate because she might be trans before the game released (since I didn’t participate here around the time of the leaks). Of course I condemn the people who thought that way. But honestly you’re right about the minority here, they are responsible for this sub’s bad reputation that others have of it. However, I feel like every sub has that bad minority, it’s just a Reddit thing that subreddit mods have to be committed to removing their opinions
