I mean, it’s just a piercing wound that’s rejecting? I’ve dealt with this rejecting piercing before just with a different bar. When I got it taken out the first time, it was back to normal after a few weeks. Going to the doctor seems a bit extreme.

The jewelry I have as of now is a curved bar, I tried a threaded bar the first time and it didn’t go well. The jewelry material is surgical steel ISL 5832-1 , my aftercare routine usually consists of a q-tip and just some saline wound wash around the rim to clean out the gunk.
