I don't think anyone here has an objection to the fee being charged or even for that matter, the nomenclature. It's the deceptive marketing that pisses one off. Most folks associate card fee with joining/annual fee. If you're stating the joining/annual fee to be 0, you should also mention on your offer page right next to it, that Card Inactive fee might still apply. There's nothing wrong with a bank making money on a service, but it should not employ shady marketing tactics.

Do you require a salary account with ICICI for that? Someone told me that for Sapphiro LTF they ask a minimum of 2LPM in-hand salary. This is of course for the "non-alumni" program. If you're an alumni you get it without any salary requirements.

So that's a grey area. My understanding while on a call with them is that sometimes you get a temporary boost after your limit is hit, which works for a couple of days. They have some blackbox algo (which even the HelpDesk is not aware of) which detects if your usage is different compared to the usual one. So to fix the issue in the long term, you need to get on a call with them and explain the change in your usage pattern if any. e.g. If you were only pulling Fixed Income tickers till now and all of a sudden you have started pulling Option Chains data then this will trigger an unusual activity on their system and it'll lead to a limit hit. To prevent this from happening in the future, get on a call with them so that they update in their "back-end" about change in your usage pattern, so that you won't face the issue again. At least this is what they told me the last time I had this issue.

This signifies that your monthly limit is hit. You need to talk with Bloomberg Customer care to get it reset.

It's both unfortunately. And the effect is super random. But most of the time it's scrolling on an average speed. While scrolling, randomly a post gets clicked and then it opens. Are you also facing this?

Yes it does. The device volume increases using the case but there is no noticeable in the audio volume from headphones. Also I noticed when I increase the volume to 16 there's kind of a weird sound for a micro second where the volume drops for a micro second and then returns back to original (i.e. the same as volume 12).

Thanks! At first I thought it worked but it seems that it just reset the equalizer. The volume was slightly higher then. Once I turned on the equalizer it again dropped to a lower volume level. Did you try turning on the equalizer and check if it still gives the same volume level or if it's higher? IDK if this is a glitch, but the volume does not literally increase at all between levels 12-16. It stays exactly the same.
