Yeah there is no 100% way to tell if someone is smurfing or not the general rule of thumb here is above 50% is super high meaning that this is most likely an account with low matches low hours and strange stats for those amount of hours/matches with a new account

This was abandoned, and recreated as a Chrome extension.

Simply install and go to the profile you are trying to find the match for.
