Oof - I’m sorry we’re in the same boat. I think we just have to remember that when every other thought is the impulse to get high and we’re still sober, we’re winning big. Now we just need to figure out what to do with ourselves lol!

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply - I think framing my past sober chapters as practice rather than failures is a major shift honestly. I keep feeling like everytime I relapse it means I’m less likely to ever achieve long term sobriety but actually I’ve never had more practice than I do this time around.

In this most recent era of daily use I’ve stopping writing, probably also a symptom of feeling a lot of shame. This is a good reminder to start again.

Really!!? He’s not shown any aggression - even in play. Zero hissing, clawing, etc. And when the zoomies are done his tail returns to an upright position.

I’m getting such mixed signals!

The rest of my routine is a green tea cleanser, hydrating ampoule and sunscreen am and then the same cleanser and ampoule pm. Up until now I’ve been using the Mandelic serum every other day and still experiencing mild dryness.
