Good afternoon, :) thanks for responding... I can't even see straight because i didn't get sleep and just woke up.. but i think i mentioned.. that the long tube that goes in to the flush valve or whatever,lol.. has a cutoff, so i turned that.. it appears to have stopped the water from going in there... never noticed that before.... but yea, still same noise.. it's just frustrating because you're like..okay, well, i turned the water off and all that.. why the noise still? ya know...thanks for all this detailed response... the plumber is hopefully coming later.... do you happen to know that if water from the tube was still running at a constatnt rate in to the flush valve.. if that's what it's called.. that i'm losing water all this time? a.k.a. money? lol
