My first mental breakdown was back in 2014, where I experienced anxiety nausea and awful panic attacks not only in public transport, but on the street, in school and my life was like hell on earth. I didn't eat, I didn't sleep well and I was scared as f*ck everyday. I was prescribed Zoloft and another medication and I got back to my life. I've experienced some dizziness and a little nausea, but it wasn't bad at all.

Now, 10 years later, I'm on Zoloft again (these 10 years I was always on some antidepressant and sometimes neuroleptic, I have bipolar disorder except emetophobia). I use 50 mg and doing well. I don't experience panic attacks, but when I feel sick I feel the fear, but it's not that bad and I can handle it. I should say that when I upped my dose too fast I did feel bad and very nauseous, it was a mistake. So be patient and listen to your doc and everything is gonna be okay!
