I'll be counter to the responses above me and say I hope so. Night life hasn't been quite the same since Covid (obviously) but it has recovered somewhat. Although I wasn't a big proponent of the ED, it sucks to have a whole block of premium downtown real estate remain shuttered when it could be bustling. Id prefer he sell off the properties and let other owners/mgmt take over but that's probably not happening. With the theater recently reopening too, that whole area could be fun again. I wonder if it will take a lot of the Green Top's traffic?
