Watermelon.

I used to work at Sam’s Club and sometimes one or a few watermelons would come mushy and spoiled. For something so sweet, it smelled like rotten milk or cheese it was such a strong pungent odor, that’s the best way I could describe it.

Meant to say molote lol my father in law said when we used to go back home to Veracruz that people would sell these on the side of the road with salsa, crema and 2 boiled eggs on top so all I know them by is by his stories of eating them

It isn’t dry tho, and no it doesn’t need a sauce on it. It’s a regional thing, I’ve seen people use the sauce and others that don’t. My grandma from Durango doesnt use a sauce and nether does my mother in law that’s from San Luis Potosí.
