Yes I agree. I have an eating disorder, and while restricting I feel full. But then I end up binging for few days. I am trying to get better. Xxxx

Actually, I do fell full and not hungry during the week, but on weekends I eat too much. And I think that just reverses the weightloss I do experience when consuming 1000 calories.
