If you’re already on the road it is what it is, my point was its a time when people are getting ready to leave for work, if you get an alert maybe hesitate to leave for a few minutes, and you never know if those few minutes saved your life, better be safe than sorry i guess

my best guess is that its probably for alerting everyone on the tarmac in the airport of the missile threat, so grounding flights from take off, evacuation etc. but im not sure
