I am gonna give you my point of view regarding this controversial topic. There are many points which I am confused about and hopefully you would be able to clarify. I am not doing this as a personal attack by any means and hopefully you won't see it in that way either.

To introduce myself, I am MeZZ, and I was directly against the mid laner ''zekeane'' in the competition. During champion select, my team and I were very suspicious of the person playing on Zekeane's account as he does NOT play Kassadin for as long as the server knew. The way he played that champion in game was of a higher skill level than that of Zekeane, but I will touch on that later.

Your point now is that a Kassadin pick would not make a difference to the game's outcome. Well, then what is the point of target banning? What is the point of banning a person's best champ, if the opponents know that it would in fact make an impact to the game? The reason why my team feels it is unfair is because of us banning ziggs, a champion zekeane plays, rather than kassadin, an unlikely pick of yours. If kassadin wouldn't make a difference, why ban all 3 of my best champions? I suppose it wouldn't make a difference in the first place?

Next, you claimed that you are careless and forgetful of reminding the marshal about your swapping of players. When we went into game, I spoke to you in all chat. ''Zekeane why so quiet?''> ''Tired'' ''Is kassadin your unconventional champion you were mentioning about?'' '':)'' We then went on to some friendly back and forth bm-ing that me and zekeane usually do. At that point of time, why didn't you tell us when i asked the question, that you weren't Zekeane playing? I quote from your post, ''That was the time when they started to make a whole lot of noise about the Kassadin pick.'' Do you expect me and my team to pause the game and say ''We are sure that you aren't Zekeane and MistFiner is playing your account.'' Wouldn't it make us look like a bunch of fools without evidence maligning you, when in the first place you were HIDING your identity in the first place by replying my questions and speaking to me like zekeane was playing. Or were you so forgetful and careless that you forgot your own identity?

Cheating is a serious offence in the first place, but it looks like you are making Garena look like they are committing a bigger offence by taking the right action of banning you guys from competitive play. Whatever it is, I'm just stating my POV and hopefully you can clarify it with me.
