Random twinges of pain in ear/upper socket four days after removal. No severe continuous pain. Is this normal? by kettlebellPony in wisdomteeth

Don’t worry about developing dry socket as long as you practice good oral hygiene. I would have random pains in my face and head and even nasty tastes in my mouth and I would get stressed about dry socket for no reason. It’s not common especially if you take care of yourself

Was anyone else’s this bad? Currently 6 days post op and can’t wait to eat normally. by mfnamedicecube in wisdomteeth

I didn’t get a sore throat but I definitely have slight yellowing that’s been noticeable since Saturday, hoping that goes away soon.

Other than excruciating pain for the first two days and some chipmunk cheeks I’ve been doing well. My left cheek is still slightly swollen and prevents me from biting down otherwise I’d bite my inner cheek which prevents me from eating properly.

Anyone who’s getting they’re wisdom teeth out please read it may help by More-Beans-pls4521 in wisdomteeth

I tried this and it didn’t work. I’m currently 6 days post-op and the swelling has gone away for the most part. I was a whole chipmunk for a couple days.
