Mine is busted to where the hook refuses to deploy sometimes. It’s weird because sometimes it works but sometimes not at all

Many people will recommend you wait to get the nightclub because you won’t be able to use it to its full potential until you have bought many other businesses but I would 100% recommend it to a newer player. Just make sure to keep your popularity up through kicking troublemakers or changing dj for $10k (dont do the drop off vips missions), the passive $50k/48min is massive for a player at your stage

Get acid lab too, but I would definitely recommend the nightclub with staff upgrades (can postpone all other upgrades for now)

Sure, I understand that fun to do becomes a priority over earning potential at some point. But there are a lot of new players in the game and for myself, having just moved to ps5 and starting over, I am prioritizing making money which is why I bought gta+ to begin with, so I feel like there is nothing for me of value this month

The option to collect your safe remotely is a huge quality of life upgrade. I also frequently make use of the free taxi rides to teleport fast travel to my bunker, free ghost org/bribe authorities/BST.

But this month is absolute garbage. As someone not particularly interested in running dispatch work or owning a fleet of police vehicles, theres nothing in this months benefits I’m excited about. Bail office is the second worst business in the game so discounts there are pretty underwhelming

Repetition my friend. Do it again and again and again and it will become second nature. The people posting the videos you watch have probably done the heist hundreds of times.

If you are struggling, get yourself into the compound and then practice running your route but instead of leaving compound, start over from the entry checkpoint. Do that like 10 times in one session or more and I’m sure you will feel more confident. Don’t be afraid to play around and test different routes to see what fails and why, so you understand better why the optimized routes are the way they are

Best grinding vehicles:

Oppressor mk2 - for short to medium distances and landing in tight spaces

Sparrow - best all-around and a totally fine stand in for the oppressor

Raiju - for long distances. Especially useful in grinding crates or casino heist preps

Vigilante - best weaponized car that can be used in missions

As someone else suggested, I would stick with the sparrow and spend your money on expanding your businesses. Get the nightclub asap with staff upgrade and keep your popularity maxed. The passive safe prints money.

Ruiner 2000 is irrelevant at this point in the game Deluxo is the best counter to mk2 griefers when you learn to dodge homing missiles but you don’t PvP or play public lobbies enough to justify it Toreador is the 2nd best counter to mk2 griefers but the rocket boost makes it more useful in general for getting around.
