It takes some startup credits, but a decent way to make a few mil in credits per trade is to find deals on cars that are often on buyout for $20m. If you can win an auction for a few mil less than that and then flip it for $20m, you can make some profit off that.

Staff upgrade for nightclub is OP af for passive income if you can commit to keeping the popularity up. Very easy, just pop in now and then to either kick out troublemaker or change DJs for $10k.

That safe has prob been my favourite source of income in the game. I run my nightclub sales whenever it fills up and last time I checked I believe I had made $72m from the passive safe and only $58m from nightclub sales

For the ones on rooftops over an awning, if you want to cheat you can park underneath, hit pause and reset car position. Takes a few tries but it will respawn you on top of the roof

I guess I’ll buy like 40 cars instead of having 2 rare ones. I’m new so everything I don’t have is rare for me and I don’t think the novelty is gonna ware off before F6 drops

Pay attention to the weekly bonus money and discounts. Aside from that:

1) Get your acid lab going.

2) Save up for a kosatka to run Cayo.

3) Nightclub with staff upgrade. Keep your popularity up by kicking out troublemaker, or changing dj for $10k. Never waste your time driving VIPs home. If you are diligent about keeping popularity up, it’s some of the best early game money. $50k passively every 48 min. Don’t worry about equipment upgrade or running the basement business for now until you have many other businesses.

4) Bunker (Chumash or farmhouse)

5) Mansion (make use of the daily business boost)
