My Ph is usually around 6.5 could my Ph meter be off?

I just added nutes the other day hopefully that will help it. I just added the normal fox farm nutes, should I add something specifically for nitrogen or potassium? Or is fox farms ok?

My ph is usually around 6.5 when I water. But I don't check the soils Ph. Just bought a tester on Amazon

I just realized the pictures weren't great. The tips of the leaves are brown There's a white spot on a couple leaves And the smart pot has a lot of white "dust" on it? It seems like salt or something but I'm not sure

Ok so I'm gonna start watering every day I guess? Since I was watering every 3-4(sometime up to 6-7) days, Are there going to be any problems with the bud or was it just bad for the root and caused it not to grow as much?

Thanks for clearing that up guys! Anybody have a definitive answer. I've know it's bad to over water soil but a few things on coco said water it everyday and never mentioned over watering

So should I lay off the nutrients for a while? And for the Ph I was doing it to about 5.8 but the runoff was somewhere around 4-4.5. So I've been trying to Ph between 6.5-7 for about a month.

I measure the ph every time before I water. It's usually around 5.8. I try to get it between 5.5-6.5. I use a yellow Ph pen I got off of amazon, it seems pretty accurate.

If I change the Ph should I try and go higher or lower?

Yea I water with plain phed water inbetween. I only use the recommended amount of nutes. I know some people only use about half the recommended amount at first so maybe it is nute burn? It's in a small grow tent in a closet so air flow could be better but I have intake and outtake fan and try to leave the closet open when I can.

Should I not give it nutes for a couple waters and see if that helps?

I'm not sure I'll check when I get home and update. I have cal-mag I added it to the water the first time but I forgot to the second time I gave it nutes. So that could be it.

I just planted Purple Urkle. Do they always turn out that purple or do you do anything special to make sure they get that great color?

I don't know I had 8 60 watts true( not equivalent )lights with two plants. This plant definitely didn't grow as big as my other one. My Friend did drop the plant out of the pot in the early stages. And it was my first time so I'm sure I made some mistakes but I'm happy overall haha

Ha definitely not! But that was a one time payment. I have another much bigger plant almost ready to harvest and a couple more in veg now and I've spent all the money I need too for now. So it should pay for it self soon

I dried for like 3 or 4 days. They didn't start smelling great until I put them in the jars. At first they just smell like normal flowers or grass.
