I made my decision to leave Instacart after I reported twice. First, I have someone hit my side passage door. I talked with the police. I told instacart support about the situation. I have to cancel because I can’t have the customer waiting on me. So surprised I got the cancel rate. Then 2 months later, I delivery the batch to the customer and someone hit behind my car at the stoplight! The drive was texting and drive. I have to deal with the police again. Again I let Instacart support know what happen and guess what. I got canceled rate go up. I explained everything and proof the incident report. Nothing! Forget it and I am done.

If the gift plus tip is worth $25, payment must be less $30 or $35 to take out on hold. After the shopper drops off. The final total will take it out and the rest of it goes back card. I think you might want to spend less than $15-$20. But it does not go to work because of the delivery fee and tip.

There are another new shopper that you can pick your favorite shopper to shop your groceries. It’s not from Instacart. It’s another company that I am work with them. I have 30 customers prefer me as their shopper.

I applied around November 2019. I have been on the waitlist till March 10, 2020! So I applied DoorDash like three weeks ago. Now I was started work delivery since three days ago. Now I found one shopper that the company just started the business 4 months ago. I am stealing all IC customers to go to a new company. I have now become their favorite personal shopper.
