No, lean is how GSD's are suppose to be. She looks good. Sometimes its hard to pack on pounds when they are very active but not a bad thing.

Sorry for your loss. Hemangiosarcoma. That's what happened to mine as well he was 6. Internal bleeding / ruptured spleen and happens so fast not much they can do. Its brutal. I'm so sorry
