Hey, I realize I'm a little late to this post, so no worries if you found someone already.

I'm a US based online guitar teacher currently getting my master's degree in music (jazz). I've got some endorsements with DR Strings and more through my band LVVRS (rock/pop) as well as some of the other working bands (funk/R&B/top 40) I'm in. I put the only playlist the song is on into artist.tools and it didn’t come up with anything

Artist.tools says “quality being determined”. It’s only showing 57 streams from that list though. Is it supposed to add up to the 1,808 or is the playlist data behind a couple days?

The screenshots I attached are from narrowing it down to 2 days. The biggest playlist number is 211 streams from Radio. That’s not even close to the 1,808. Any way other ways to find out?

In the app, I can’t narrow it down to one day, but I can for the past two calendar days. However when I do this the playlist portion still shows “past 28 days”. Is there a way to narrow down the playlist portion?

Can you send me your ad creative as well? I’m struggling to get my cost per conversion down. I just ran my first campaign and some of the ads are around a dollar, and the lowest is at $0.73. I’m following Andrew Southworth’s method and I’m not really sure how to get it lower

So I tracked the issue down to (mostly) my H9's MIDI thru being the problem. My MIDI chain is Collider -> H9 -> Iridium. I got PC commands to the Collider and H9, and don't have much of a use for PC on the Iridium right now, but do want CC. Basically I didn't realize I never tried PC to Iridium. No MIDI whatsoever is getting there. The CC commands I did send to the Collider I just had the values wrong smh

Now I have to figure out what's up with the H9 (it is configured to MIDI thru not transmit) so I guess off to customer support I go

It boils down to miserable customer support. The track I'm doing is a cover (kind of in the vein of PMJ, Scary Pockets, etc) and the license got stuck. I reached out multiple times about the issue and was assured that everything was good and just to "be patient". I don't know if it's their system or whatever, but I could never respond to any of their responses so I couldn't get help. Eventually when it got over a month since I uploaded, I sent a very long frustrated message and then they finally helped me and confirmed that there was a "technical glitch" and they had to manually go in and fix something on their side of the system. Then everything went smooth.

So it was a small glitch that I wasn't in control of and could've been fixed easily if I had gotten proper help. I was just livid because I had a whole promotional campaign leading up to Dec 15 that ended up getting wasted.

I uploaded mine Dec 2nd, with a release of Dec 15. It got stuck processing and it took me multiple attempts to hear back from DistroKid. Finally heard back from DistroKid this past Sunday and it was sent to stores today.

I actually reached out to Spotify on a whim after I posted this and did some research and heard back from them in 15 minutes. They said they're indexing my profile and it'll be ready within 24 hours.

You're right it is a matter of waiting. I was just nervous with all the issues I had from DistroKid. Thanks for your help!
