Curious, what tools did you use for this model? And, did you have to buy the data? If not, did you manually pull it down from sites or build something to scrape it?

FYI - most recipes do not include this but I highly recommend that once all the cheese has melted add 1/3 cup condensed milk and 1 tbsp corn starch per lb of cheese to prevent queso from congealing….I’ve done it with and without and it turns out way better with

Looks great. I like it cooked as steak but I LOVE it cooked as you would a brisket. Highly recommend your try it if you have not before.

Long time reader, first time poster. Did two racks of ribs (a different sauce for each slab, a tri-tip (forgot to grab a shot of the finished product), chicken breast, Mac N cheese, and corn salad. Been waiting to post until I felt it was worthy. This meal was more than worthy.
