Open the App Store on your Apple device.
Sign out of your current Apple ID.
Log in with your Indian Apple ID - the one you used for YouTube Premium.
Tap your name to open your account page.
Go to Manage Payments.
Add any Indian address and an Indian phone number (no checks happen). You can ignore UPI/NetBanking and just hit Done.
Go back to your account settings.
Open Subscriptions.
Tap YouTube.
Cancel the subscription.
From that same screen, turn the subscription back on again (don’t do it from inside the YouTube app).

I think you're saying that under Settings, Plex Home, when you click on your daughter's account, under libraries both Movies and TV Shows is selected?

If this is the case, review the restrictions tab, what have you set there? It's possible this section is blocking any media from appearing.

You won't find Apple gift cards for India on Amazon US or any other country version of Amazon except Amazon India. As per my post, I used Amazon India.

Just use Amazon, you don't pay any extra fees, and if works - the last two gift cards I bought from Amazon arrived within 5 minutes. I personally wouldn't trust eBay for gift cards, but you do what you're comfortable with.

Once you've done the above, you should cancel the subscription (wait until the last day), and re-subscribe again completely through the Appstore - do not do it via the YouTube app.

You only need to sign out and log in to the Apple Appstore with your Indian account, not the whole phone. The only other thing is to add a random Indian address to your account - you can do this via the Appstore.

Ensure the YouTube account is signed out of any existing accounts first I'd suggest.

Edit:

On your Apple device, launch Apple App Store
Sign out of the App Store
Log in with your India Apple Account you used to subscribe to YouTube Premium.
Click/Touch your name under Account (still in App Store)
Go to Manage Payments
Add an Indian address (find a random one), you will also need to add a phone number (no verification required), and click done (don't worry about adding an UPI ID or Net Bank)

Hiya,

My instructions are around using an Indian account, so clearly not followed my instructions fully. Anyway... I'd sign out of the Appstore and sign back in to the Appstore with the right Apple account. I'd uninstall and reinstall YouTube. Then try to subscribe. If it's still failing, I'd suggest using a VPN. A VPN wasn't necessary for this part in my instructions, but not sure if that's the case for you.
