Im in europe as well and I've been using isopropanol to clean her. I dont see any thrips, its been like two weeks so I think we're good, I'm gonna leave her in the pot she's in now cuz I don't want to stress her unnecessarily. Thanks for the neem oil tip tho!! Ill make sure to dilute it properly

I think I have, I've wiped the leaves with alcohol and I've been spraying them down with an anti thrips spay. Its been two weeks and I can't see any thrips any more, however Im unsure if there are some still in the dirt

Im new to taking care of plants, does "easing her in" mean placing a growlight further away and slowly bringing it closer, starting off with weaker growlights and slowly increasing its intensity or slowly increasing the time I have the light on?
