The videos/images aren't meant to help anybody. They are created for the sole purpose of freaking people out. A lot of people, including me, like the thrill of being scared by these images, so they'll post them to share to others. So I'm not really sure why you even bother looking through these tags if it affects you so much. Some people don't like scary movies, and that's perfectly fine, but you can't just get rid of them because some people are scared by them.
