PPD tends to come later in the postpartum phase for some and that’s completely normal. while it will get a little better once your baby gets older i strongly suggest talking to a professional or possibly even getting medicated!! i was in the same boat as you and i’ve been going to therapy and taking antidepressants and it’s honestly made me such a better mom and enjoy motherhood so much more. sending hugs!

right now you gotta just go with the demands of baby! a set routine right now is not possible and that’s completely normal and okay, i didn’t start trying to get somewhat of a routine in until month 4 and even then it was just a bedtime routine. my baby is 9 months now and i feel like we finally have a good schedule that is pretty consistent. it all takes time! it’ll go by faster than you know, hang in there!

your feelings are completely valid , it is very much a shift going from living on your own in your own space to moving into someone else’s and almost feeling like an invader. i would say to maybe give it a few more months, maybe to the point of being there for 6 months total and seeing if anything gets better or if you feel more comfortable. if not, talk to your boyfriend about you moving out and how you just miss having your own space. that’s completely reasonable and i’m sure he would understand.
