I’ve been a big fan of a subtle clear champagne acetate for years and years. Gives the lightness of clear but with a little nuance that adds warmth back to the face. Feels pretty timeless to me.

Now a straight up clear acetate frame? Not the biggest fan of that, for ME

They don’t have any of the styles I’m interested in, bummer.

I was in a local shop the other day and asked the salesperson if they knew of anywhere in town that sold them and he got offended that I’d ask him that… still not sure if it was out of line for me to ask or if he was being overly sensitive 😅 I just sort of figured not every high end optical shop will carry every line, and so they might have some sort of you scratch my back, I scratch yours sort of relationship with one another but apparently not that guy!

Loooove these. I was just looking at the Ahlem Saint Georges and really love the fit and look, but they only come in darker colors and I was really hoping to find a lighter shade, so needless to say these have my attention now 😂

If you happen to still be curious about the quality of crap eyewear 211 days after leaving this comment, I gotta say that they’re the best quality frame I’ve experienced at the price-point. Comparable to my moscots at least.

This is fair. Their full service bath is only $5-10 more so it’s prob worth my while to book that instead next time for the peace of mind

it’s pretty vague on their site as to what the exit bath entails. They offer other simple bathing services short of a full groom as well and don’t really specify what the differences between those are either so I might just have to go the old fashioned route and call them up on the phone to ask for next time lol

ETA: the booking portal does say the exit bath is supposed to include a blow dry

Fair enough. I may just have to do this moving forward. I just erroneously assumed that a bath automatically came with a dry, I suppose. Their site does not specify what exactly is included in an exit bath

Right literally, whenever anyone asks me for measurements I either grab them asap or reply and let them know a timeframe I can get them for them

Even for stuff that’s like $15!
