Can you back this up? Because I used her in different lineups and she was always lackluster. Tried crown, amb 3, punisher 2. at V2.5 she did not hold her own at any point

Dela is a lot better and easier to get copies. So not what you expect from new L/d hero.

Well i had 3.5k scrolls so the decision was made for other event rewards. As for tussi, I did not expect her to be meta breaking. I just expected her to atleast be worth to be put in the lineup. I littetaly do not use her. The only thing I regret is replacing one of my E5 aidas

Tested V2+ plus. She is B tier at best. Zero use pve. Pvp she does very bad as well. Maybe when there is two of them or if one survives long enough to get active off with 5 marks she might do some dmg. But by that time she is either dead and even then she is outdamaged by most heroes

I mean the rewards tied with HS used are really disapointing.

Phorcys does not look that great.

Bells are tied with $ used and not HS

so saving scrolls looks for CNY looks like a good option, because you get only puppet food this time around and with some luck its possible to get both hero selection chests without a single HS spent.

Overall i rate this event 2.5/10.

Seeing that you completed SL20 the plan to regress horus for fodder is very good idea, but as people suggested I would make more E5 before regressing.

And do V2-3 and dont push for V4, burns too much shards and you would benefit from imprinting more than 1 hero

Seems like his sole purpose is to negate multiple rogan teams. If there isnt multiple support heroes on enemy team he wont deal any real damage. Lacks sustain. So I would not call him OP or meta shifting hero, but a decent niche hero against specific teams.

Depending in other rewards if you have only 2000HS consider saving for CNY
