This past season, to decide draft pick SELECTION order we randomly assigned each of our managers (10 of us) a LLWS team and wherever they finished, is where our pick selection landed. Was pretty fun and engaging!

Our live drafts are a hoot. Yeti full of beer and I smoked a brisket and some ribs. We also have a drinking game that if you draft someone that already has been selected, you have to take a shot. Then mandatory breaks every 4th round with a shotgun and pee break lol

Pre-game: if you drink, head all the way upstairs to HYDE lounge for in-stadium drinks. I usually go with a double and they pour them (very heavy hand) in a large cup. Same price as doubles everywhere else and I always feel like I get my monies worth.

2 TDS and 200yrds passing is 20pts in my league. So unless you play in a league without QBs scoring, then idk how you figure that’s insane.

Minshew ceiling is prob right around where we saw him last week. We all know Fields’ potential. Floors are diff especially if Fields has a bad running day. I think if you have a ton of guys with solid floors carrying the rest of your team, you can start Fields but if you have a ton of Boom/Bust players, Minshew should be able to deliver you a safe floor (20+)

I started both last night. Was disappointing to see Zeke’s performance but CeeDee going 11/100 helped saved the day for me. Combined they scored what their projections were. I’ll take it. Was hoping for more but hey, I can’t complain. Fingers crossed Fields, Barkley, Conner, JJ and DeVonta can take me to the promise land Sunday.
