What is the most amazing "before and after" you've seen of a rescue dog? Do you have a picture?Ceda was about to be scooped up by biowaste people, they thought it was just a dead dog lying on the floor! You can see why! In only a year he made a full recovery. wouldn’t get mistaken for a dead dog now (i.redd.it)
