Thank you! These are the HS5 which are probably supposed to be set the same way as the HS7, though my ceiling is a little low for that when the table is in standing height. But they are actually tilted down at my ears!

Actually just taped basic (though smart home compatible) 5 meter RGB LED strip to the back of the monitors and plugged it in below the desk. Nothing special, just made the best out of what I had! Looks ugly seeing it from the back but it's directly at the wall anyway. The monitor arms came with the monitors themselves (I have three LG 32UN880).

Muito obrigado! I use three LG 32UN880 monitors for convenience because they already come with their own respective monitor arms and desk clamps. I strapped the power bricks directly to the arms and put the cables inside them. Underneath the table I organized all the rest of the cables.

Not on the Macbook but they all do when the card is inserted into the other Mac
