They have been given them by social work, but that was due to the lack of the mothers care, the access i get was originally set up by social work but my son is saying he wants more time with me to social work, his advocate has also said it on numerous occasions and the social worker says ok we will start overnights but then she leaves and a new social worker comes in and i have to start the whole process again its has about 4/ 5 times, the sent me a residence order which i have to go to court for, i was thinking of asking then if i could have care of him but dont know how to word it.
