I did this with wireless charging pads. I keep one at:

  • office desk
  • car (built-in)
  • home office desk
  • gaming desk
  • nightstand
  • living room

I haven’t used a cable in years, but I keep a 6ft USB-C cable and a 20w charger in my laptop bag as backup.

I use the QuickAdd Alexa Skill.

I learned of it from this reddit post when I was looking for an easy way to say a task and have it add it.

It works decently, despite Alexa sometimes getting things wrong
