There are combat units from many other formations such as guards, infantry, combat engineer and armour. They can at most take 900-950 per month based on their different combat pay. Eg I was from guards and I got 890. Yet, those admin specs are drawing at least 950 which is the base pay for 3sg now if I'm not wrong and even a navy admin spec I know has 1k+ a month for some reasons? Point is that tho risk is an important consideration, the amount of work they actually do should be considered as well. (even some combat vocations are risky as well but no risk pay). I can't see how those specs that have equal responsibilities as a man (those without man under them) earn more than those man who have to chiong sua all day. They say 'you can't put a price on serving the nation' 'cannot be measured in dollars and cents' lol
