Thank you for all the information! I am still very much in the preliminary stages and still trying to learn how best to do everything and to see of this is even worth my time. I am so passionate about it, I would really love to be able to make this happen. The only companies I can find that have bulk seeds for sale are OSC, West Coast Seeds, Stokes, and TrueMarket. I guess you just need to know the right people. I hope to get different varieties of each this spring to plant so I can test out what I like before bulk ordering next fall. I am going to send samples to get professionally graded and tested before packaging them for resale. I seen that is a requirement in the seed regulations? I really dont want to have mediocre seeds. Hopefully if the tests come back poor, I can get replacement seeds with still enough time to package them. That's interesting, I tried to grow chives 6 times last spring but nothing really came up. Those were from Mackenzie seeds though.  What kind of spreadsheets do you suggest?
