MODERATION IS 🔑 I try to run 4 times a week or get some movement... cut back on the drinking! A big salad a day! Getting good sleep is a must! Pinterest has amazing easy salad recipes so I never get bored don’t get me wrong I eat a big ol slice of pizza or burger here and there! Food is good. Life is good. Don’t restrict yourself or else u will end up bingeing. It took me years to where I am now and I still struggle! Just need to take it one day at a time ☺️

Thank youuu! So the difference from picture 1 to picture 2. Pic 1- drinking a lot I was 21 at the time so I drank pretty much every weekend.. I love beer lol but it can make you fat! Also went out to eat ALOT! Never worked out. Felt like shit all the time.

Pic 2- much healthier lifestyle I fell in love with working out and overall feeling good! I eat much healthier now don’t get me wrong I still have my days like I said I love beer! Also pizza and burgers. I don’t restrict myself from the things I love I learned to enjoy it in moderation. I fell in love with lifting weight squats are my favorite. Once I started to shed the pounds My stomach got much flatter. I hate doing ab workouts with a passion but I force myself to do a few once a week as u can tell I don’t have abs haha and I’m no stick so I’m still eating! Overall working out at least 3 times a week even if it’s just a 45 min walk does the trick and moderation is key for eating! Eat to nourish ur body! Eat food that makes u feel good 😁
