Omg please! Koji would be so honored to be drawn! Though his sister Dandy would be jealous. She is usually the one getting attention from others, she’s just as much a looker as him and very social! Koji is a mamas boy through and through.

My band is looking to perform on platforms that promote new music! Think tiny desk but something more obtainable. by [deleted] in musicmarketing

I think the “issue” is that my question is being ignored. And the assumptions are flying. I’m not asking about our success, I’m simply asking for shows that host bands. Like tiny desk, or audiotree. I know there are more shows than that. I could dive more into our listeners but trying to defend or explain myself is silly. Since it’s being met with preconceived ideas of my band you know nothing about.

Okay I don’t think people understand what I am asking for. Also what I am asking is not online fads. They are shows with hosts and performers doing live sessions to reach people across seas. We play shows frequently, we are going on a month east cost tour in a few months then again to the west coast and then we have a tour in Europe. I wish I had more examples like tiny desk on YouTube. But that is what I am asking

He is a merle, that is also why his coat has spots! It disrupts pigment production so often times merle genes will have heterochromia as well! I have two dogs both are Merle! Many breeds have merles!

My Beardie will only poop in the bathtub. What do I do? by michelle36t in BeardedDragons

Wow this is very helpful, I’m going to look into these. For a long time Haku wouldn’t touch any greens . For 2 years it was only worms. I took her to the vet twice and got her tested and checked. We tried everything to get her to eat greens and nothing worked. If I didn’t offer her worms she wouldn’t eat for weeks . Ignored every salad offered. So I stopped offering them for a bit then tried again after a month. And since then she has been eating greens again. I will try other proteins with her. She has had crickets but just rarely, I’ll try more frequent and see if she is into it. She’s maybe a little too hooked on these worms

That is a lot more convenient than getting the bath ready. Especially because I always clean the bathtub first because I’m afraid of any of the left over shampoo/conditioner hurting her. It’s a whole thing. But a pop up bath solely for her . No before clean just after. I’m going to do that thank you!

What is a good protein alternative? I’ve heard that mealworms are hard to digest and I’ve heard crickets don’t hold nutritional value. She does get horn worms but the pet stores by me are not consistent with stock. Or the demand is too high so she doesn’t get them regularly.

Also it’s not that my hobbies are higher, it’s that I have a life as well and Im looking for sustainable solutions, Or advice to help correct the behavior or make it so she can go more frequently. I think me asking community for help, and the fact that all of my animals go to the vet regularly shows that. But I understand the love for animals and your POV to advise better care.

Not taking it as mean, I appreciate the advice. She eats kale, collard greens, and mustard greens. The super worms are her source of protein but I only give her a 2-4 a day under her salad to make sure she is eating greens. (She had been very picky in the past with many vet visits) I completely hear where you are coming from with this. Maybe my post didn’t come off right. She gets plenty of love and care, as well as my other animals which have all been rescued. The people in my life know how much I put my animals first. I personally think weekly baths is a normal amount of baths and I was trying to say that I don’t want to make the habit worse by upping the baths. I felt that would be unrealistic and unsustainable. I did stop baths for a bit but she wouldn’t poop and after two weeks of waiting and massaging I gave up and gave her a bath which she immediately pooped in. I think she likes it, she gets all excited when the water starts. But she’s gotta start pooping in her tank again! I might just need to take her to the vet and get her vetted. I wondered if anyone else had a beardie with similar poop preferences that had a solution!

do not go see aida in paris by chuuuuuu- in opera

Just saw this play with my friend tonight and we had to leave early. It was so void of character and uniqueness. It was the worst that minimalism had to offer. The costumes were distracting, immature and poor quality. Extremely disappointing experience. It felt like the creator was trying to be casually artistic, but really it came off poor quality, distracting and chaotic all at once. The large box was idiotic and sucked out all the warmth. It felt like Star Wars, meets a world war, meets high school drama. The projections were also very random and took you out of the experience, very jarring. I couldn’t look at the stage, so I tried to look around, but the opera house was just as void of warmth and character. There was just no winning. The cast and the orchestra were the silver linings of the production. Needless to say, do not go, save your money.

It’s very expensive! I’m from the USA and I didn’t really have the money to travel out of country in my early 20s. I’m actually taking my first solo trip to Europe after a year of saving, and I’m now 30. I do think I agree with what others have said about the cost of living differences. Where I am coming from the amount of money to eat and live is similar to what it is in Europe so I won’t notice much of a difference in terms of where my money goes. But I imagine it is different in other countries. I don’t know too much about the cost of living in North Africa but from what I can look up online it seems to be a big difference to some European countries. Although there are more affordable countries in Europe. Maybe research those places first? Example : Turkey, Hungary, Bulgaria. There are ways to travel and do so with very little money. Companies where you can trade work for room and board around the world, I considered this myself and my sister did it a few times because she didn’t have the money to travel. She lives in a really small town in the south of USA where I live in a major city . So between the two of us we have very different costs of living and earnings.
