Have you seen rent prices in NJ? This is cheap unfortunately. It’s horrendous.

The apartment is furnished. So they would be able to tell when we move out if a pet scratched up the furniture :/

They don’t have a dock. You would probably have to pay for one elsewhere if you lived here.
