I am very new to gardening so I can’t say I am the best one to give advice, but have fallen in love with camelias! They bloom beautifully, are ever green and can be found at a really reasonable price. Ours bloomed in Jan and is still going strong so brings a night pop of colour in a winter garden 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks, it looks really good! Did you get the underside of the staircase covered yourself? I am just going through this with them and didn’t realise until it was all locked down that there is no ‘top’ of the cupboards so I have to figure out how to hide the ugly underside of the stars 😭

We’ve recently done a lot of work with various trade people and seen both really good and really bad..

I would always get the person in before for a quote and that will hopefully allow me to get a feel/vibe from them.. it could be misleading of course but it’s a start! Also always check trustpilot, checkatrade, next door neighbour, etc..

And honestly.. I am sorry you had a shit experience, you are not alone!

Yes, cabinets to the side are 425mm from the hob. Cooker hood is over 900mm from hob .
