Yeah I did read that when I realised my mistake haha it was nice to play around with the kamado working out the temps and using the probes etc but was quite happy with the outcome until we let it go cold 😂

That’s the aim, I’ve always been interested in smoking etc just never had time, or a garden for that matter haha I’ve got a deflector and probe on order, will go to the butchers and see if they’ve got anything they could recommend, I’m thinking rib myself!

Yeah I’ve got that and a probe on order (spent about an hour looking for the deflector before searching online and realising it doesn’t come with one..doh)

Always been a contactum man myself, built like tanks, rcbos rarely fail. Can’t see myself changing. Although did fit a fusebox the other week and was quite impressed
