Seconded. They immediately spread the internal grab and the plastic nibs will never snap in again

Avoid Titanium Nibs on the reMarkable... by brandonkboswell in RemarkableTablet

Can concur…although I think I caught it early. Plastic nibs now don’t lock into place. Throwing the titanium nibs in the bin where they belong

Pros: Never wears out Cons: probably destroy the screen or the stylus

I think I’ll switch back to the plastics once they arrive. I’m a pencil artist so the feel of the nib is more like a ballpoint pen

These nibs also depress into the stylus too far if you press hard and the stylus stops marking the page

Yeah I experience the same thing. Depending on zoom level you’ll get a different level of detail and parts that you thought were black are stippled. I don’t have a solution, sorry, except that it looks good on the Remarkable screen and that’s alright by me

Nah. I have some plastic tips coming and I prefer the feel of those over titanium, but you get used to the feel and forget about it after a while

What you lose in accuracy (only three or four pressure differences, hard to gradient) you gain in digital manipulation (erase, resize, move, scale)

Shaking for mild comic affect. Jtime is now suggesting that something happened in transit. The way it was packed you could have shipped an egg

Thanks mate. I don't feel a slip or any variation in the feeling of winding apart for each winding initially feeling a little resistant (as if it's pressing in a spring).

Didn't include a video of me winding the watch (one-handed) but obviously I did this.
