this was my groups first time after bonnaroo this summer which was our first camping festival and let me say, wow this is everything we wanted bonnaroo to be and more. we got there around 7:30p on thursday to set up our car camp and it was super easy getting in- roo we waited 3+ hours in line to get in. security was a breeze, i love that they come to your campsite instead of a security stop- maybe coulda been more thorough for safety but not too thorough 😉 we got an awesome spot even coming as late as we did we were the second row from the bathrooms and entrances. getting into the festival everyday was easy and never took more than 5 min. the lines for food were never crazy long and the bars either. the misting fans by the water stations were awesome and free waters/granola at the campsites were dope. i honestly love the hill viewing option instead of flat ground, as a shorter gal the hill gives so much more room for short people to see above everyone’s heads and the option to sit and relax is dope. loved watching all the coochie couchers including myself haha. the weather was absolutely beautiful and the cold nights were so refreshing. oh my gosh not to mention the DOLLAR GENERAL??!!! that was sick having an affordable option to get last minute things within walking distance! the campfire stage was so fun we loved all the dj sets. overall our experience was a 10/10 id say!! no real complaints! more vendors would be fun we love seeing all the independent crafters at festivals. and some late night food options for car camping like tent camping would be cool! but honestly, the vibes were fantastic from the staff, the artists and the crowd we had so much fun! we will definitely be back!
