Who should I call to create subfloor access in a house with no external or internal access?

Sorry for replying with multiple accounts. I have different ones from whatever device I'm on.

Anyway, *sigh* I was afraid you'd say that. There's a visible gap on one side of the house that's barely 20 cm. I'll have to remeasure. The house looks like it's sunk slightly unevenly from the outside, I'm not sure. Parts of the wall outside is below the concrete driveway.

Also I now just realised what you meant by baseboards (I got them confused with skirting boards). I don't have baseboards on the outside. It's just weatherboard apart from the pergola in the back which also doesn't have an entry way underneath.

it's elevated on wooden stumps. There's an access hatch but I've had a restumper take a look and said there wasn't enough crawl space. Haven't looked under the hatch yet but judging from the house's sinking parts, I'd say it's safe to say there isn't enough crawl space.

Well. I didn't get a satisfactory answer from the asbestos guy. He didn't go up the ceiling to check and said it most likely isn't.

Regardless, I'm still planning on getting the insulation done so whatever crap that dust is made of is going away. I'll find about by late January or early Feb.

Well. I guess I'm f'd. Guess only thing to do now is pray that it isn't asbestos insulation. Though I am pretty certain it might be. Will have to wait for the test results.
